I was considering USC,CMU,Boston,Iowa,VT and UCSD.
Can you evaluate my chances? Suggest some other schools i could consider instead?
hi frdz.....
i also belong to this minority group....but i dont think its going to b minority anymore....the number iz increasing greatly.
i have completed my masters in biochemistry....
planning to take up gre n toefl in feb 2007....probably apply for ph.d in biochemistry/mol-bio in spring 2008.
eagerly looking forward for great advises in this thread.
thanks vas13 for the advise....
but tell me, is it possible for me to apply in the fall-07 ?
i guess most of the application deadlines fall-07 r around dec-jan....n i havent yet taken up my GRE ........
so tell me whether i can apply for fall-07,if i finish my GRE by feb-07....
i am pretty confused regarding this ...plz spare ur valuable time to advise me......................thanx in advance.
Hi, its very much possible to app for fall'07 even if givin GRE in feb. Only, your choice of schools shall become rather limited. Do a comprehensive search on websites, there are a number of universities with deadlines in march ex. Florida state University. You colud zero-in on the ones with financial aid +late deadlines.
Though, the top schools will have to be counted out..if uer ok with that. Go ahead.
