low gre + low acads helppp plz fall 2006 cs

hi guyz..
ive given my gre
1230 (710 quants + 520 verbal +4.5 awa)
toefl(275)

my acads are verry low 57%(am in the mumbai university pursuing copmuter engg)
i have a live kt and im plannin 2 to apply to the universities listed below..can the seniors and everyone pleaseee give a opinion as i absolutely dont know my chances of getting an admission are...plzzzz help
i ve researchd da colleges and made this as my final list...can u guyz por favor, el señor temme all da relevant negative points if any of any particular college (aid doesnt matter) and whether applying to any oof these college would be a waste of money?

i have headed my college fest at the post of overall event co ordinator
the highest in my class is arnd 72%
participated in a lot of extra curricicular activites and was a member of the c.s.i.(does anything of this type help??)

If aid is not a problem then I think you have a chance in all, maybe except USC & UTA as they are pretty highly ranked.

hey thanx buddy....i wanted to ask u that when applying i would tick to consider me for aid, would that be the same or shud i not tick on tat...i mean i might be given aid after going over there..and supose if i dont tick will be ever considered for aid even in the next semester??

Yu may get admits, but no one can assure you for now that you may get aid. And, say that you would like to be considered for aid. They shall decide if you should be offered aid. But is your GPA as per their requirements?
