How easy is it to apply for external financial aid or fellowships if you get an offer of acceptance but the school tells you to apply for external aid. Anyone has any idea? btw, I am an international student although living in the US for more than five years. Since I am not a US citizen or a permanent resident, I do not qualify for a lot of fellowships. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks!
