Fees returned back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello friends
a very startling thing happened to me.
my application fees for university of wyoming has been sent back into my account. i had submitted my fees on 14th jan and had got a receipt from there side. but when i checked my status on 15th feb,my application said that i had not paid my application fees. when i checked my credit card account then i saw that my fees had been sent back on the 14th feb. i am totally stumped. what could have prompted this action from there side? can anybody help me out in figuring this out. should i again submit the fees?

associate radiates success.
You should contact the graduate administrator and explain the situation. A similar thing happened to me at another university, where I'd paid the fee on time, and had a receipt, but their computers showed that I'd paid the fee after the application deadline. In the end, I had to be firm with the graduate administrator and email her a copy of my receipts, which she discussed with the computer people at the school, and they accepted my application. Maybe the deadline hasn't passed for you, but in any case, I think this is a situation that is best dealt with by speaking with a real person.

Good luck!
