gracec
A few days ago, I got an offer from a University that I was rejected from. I think I was very lucky! But then, I already accepted an offer from other place. I signed on it. (They didn't ask for deposit) What should I do? Is it Legal to withdraw the offer? sting54911
Absolutely and perfectly legal, but in order not to burn any bridges, talk to the original department and explain your situation, and unless they are complete jack asses, they will support your decision and wish you the best of luck. Also, ask them if you can have a release form.
