Did anyone recieve a decision from the ECE department at Toronto? Originally they were supposed to be out on April 15 (according to the site). They were then postponed to May 15, and now delayed further to June 15!!

I think that once you finalize a decision to work with a professor, an official admission package is sent to you....That's what happened with my friend. In my case, a couple professors have personally offered me positions, but I didnt accept them, so I haven't received any official letter either. You are probably right that the final letters will be sent out in June (for those not assigned a supervisor yet and also rejections).

Has anyone actually received a rejection from ECE via e-mail or snail mail or satellite transmission or dream or whatever???? These guys r really showing some unbelievable feats this year. I wonder who invented their admission process.

FYI, I know a couple people who have received official rejections this week via email ...

Hi,

I received the rejection letter the other day through email from the ECE Department. I was rejected, reason being lot of qualified students.

I received a rejection for M.A.SC but offered me to the M.ENG program (1 year course based non-thesis)..anyone got the same thing?
What do you guys think about the M.ENG program?

Hi Derek... Would like to do a PhD eventually (in Canada)? Or are you more interested in working in industry?
