good acads, good toefl, decent gre....no need to retake

U have 4 safe's in ur list, try and maintain a break up for 4-3-3(ambi,mod,safe)....this is what i feel....still wait for some more people to reply

yea Forgot to mention, ur qaunt score is a little low, it could(not necesaary) affect ur admit chances. Still wait for some other replies.

Retake the GRE and improve the quantitative score. A lot of people are getting over 750 these days in GRE quant.

UPENN, UFL AND BOULDER looks to me it's going to depend on your publication, the rest it is better to explain low quantative score.
