my GPA is (below 2.5)
my GRE general test is (q800, v450, awa (please suggest EASY EASY CS Uni. where CS Subject test is hi) 3.5)
my TOEFL is also (233 , writing 5) I'm betting on the CS subject test in this nov, aiming for 80%ile .

Please suggest some CS Universities that count on CS subject test and GRE more than GPA .

I don't want top universities, but universities that won't make my money waste on applying.

Universities expect you to give a reason if something is bad in your application file. You can make up for it if you can show something else that would offset a not so good record.. this includes work experience, internships

about universities..
you can aim for top 75-100
