School Choices for my Profile (Econ)

I’m hoping to get some advice and school suggestions based on my profile. I’ll be applying in Fall ’07 for PhD Econ. My interests are Macro and Monetary.

I’ll be graduating from a small business school in May ’06 with a BS in Economics-Finance and a minor in Math. I decided to apply to pretty late into my undergrad, so I’m a little wary about my math background, but I’d still like to see what schools you think I should apply to.

Econ: Intermediate Macro, Price Theory, International Econ, Directed Study in Monetary Policy- includes a research thesis due in December, will be taking Monetary and Econometrics in Spring ’07 (not that I really think it matters, just mentioning it.)

Math: Linear Modeling, Business Stats, Calc I, II, III, Matrix Algebra. I’ll be taking Linear Algebra, but in Spring ’07.

GPA: 3.74 (3.85 in Econ, 3.7 in Math)

SOP: Will most likely focus it around the thesis I'm in the process of writing.

LORs: From the chair of the Econ Dept., my academic advisor who taught me in International Econ, and the professor who I’m doing the directed study with, who also taught my Intermed. Macro class. I’m at a business school, so none of them are well-known researchers or anything like that.
GRE: Not taken yet, but plenty of practice tests with averages around:
    Kaplan: Usually 700Q, 600V
    PowerPrep: 730-40Q, 630V

I know it’s not great, and I’ll definitely put in some more study hours. With this profile though, can anyone suggest some schools I should apply to? Thanks for all the help.

Also, how confident should I be about getting accepted into BU's MA Econ program? I'm thinking of trying to enhance my profile a bit. I'm in the Boston area, so if anyone can suggest any other programs I should look at, whether it be econ or math, please post. Thanks.
