I think you should send a Thank you letter,as it can show you take it seriously,and maybe they feel your attention to the scholarship and consider you more carefully.

I just had my interview today.... My God I just feel that I screwed up everything!! I don´t know I believe that I am going to receive a "Sorry, you did not pass..."

I had my fulbright interview on 31st july,2009.I duno how did i go.My concern is my subject.I applied for a subject for which no one else ever applied or got the scholarship.My interview panel had all generalists..i duno if i was able to convince them about the importance of (insert demonstrative pronoun here) subject or not??i didnt make much screw ups..but i didnt get ne comment good or bad!!what are the odds?

thanku!please pray for me..well it is like the fulbright system works in 2 steps.first u have to get clearance from thy country..let me tell u (insert demonstrative pronoun here) is da case with most countries.U apply to the binational commisions or embassies.They screen and shortlist u for the interview.then they send da recommendations to the fulbright scholarship board in D.c.This is why we apply online after getting through with the local system n then the FSB proceeds..but if u have cleared the local system,99% chances are that u ll make it....i applied for oral biology..my main concern is that nobody from dentistry has ever applied or gotten (insert demonstrative pronoun here) scholarship for this subject..i wonder how they ll treat ma application??
