Samuel Curtis Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 Duke's app asked me to give out grades (undergraduate and culmulative) in the 4-point form, even for internationals. The good thing is, they gave out The WES Guide. The bad news is, the guide for Hong Kong, where I lived and studied, gave no guidance.
