please respond to this mail as its really urgent.i got to start applying in two weeks time and I have not yet made up my mind on the univs.my GRE is 1380(v-580,q-800) toefl-287 and an acads of 70% in mumbai university.my branch is electronics and telecommunications and I wish to do a MS in wireless.kindly suggest univs where I should definitely apply to ,some safe bets and few high ranked ones.
