Help regarding Transcripts

Hi everyone ,
I want to pursue M.S in Computer Science (Specialization :Software Engineering).

My profile:
I am from India and i have the following:

10(I.C.S.E)
Inter(+1,+2)
3 year Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
3 Master Degree in Computer Science

TOEFL :96
GRE :1410 (V:610,Q:800)
Work Experience: 6 months
Academic Performance: Master Degree 79%. (TOP 5% in class)

please help me regarding transcripts.
What transcripts should i send to the universities?Only Bachelor and above?
Should i need to send all of the above official marks sheets to the universities i am applying?

And i considered the following universities : please tell me if i can proceed.

1.USC-Viterbi
2.Purdue
3.Duke
4.Rice
5.Johns Hopkins
6.Columbia
