Hi all,

I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with BS in CS. I am currently applying for MS CS programs. I really must be accepted into at least one school, but I don't want to sell myself short. I hope somebody could give me some advice or comments.

My overall GPA is 3.85. My major GPA is 4.0. My GRE score is Verbal - 430 and Math - 800. My CS subject test score is still unknown. I have two strong recommendations, and the third one practically comes from a professor who hardly knows me. UT is a big school, and I wasn't getting all personal with professors. It's too late to change that fact. I have about an year of work experience and two semesters of research experience. My undergraduate thesis was published online under UTCS tech reports. That's about it.
