How are online and offline materials linked together?
Hi,
I have applied online. Now I am sending the rest of my application package by post. My question is how are the online and offline materials assembled together by them? Do I have to do something or they can assemble them using name and date of birth? |

Usually they are efficient at matching offline package with online application with almost zero error. From your part, what you can do to help them is, pay the fee online first, obtain any application number they provide and attach it together with your name and DoB in the package. Of course do not panic, if they do not provide any ID number. They are still efficient at it.

Once an application is submitted online we print out a hard copy of the form and create an applicant file folder.
From then on, any correspondence or supplemental materials we receive is placed in this file. (We can match usually by name) Once the application package is complete, the file folder is taken to the Admissions Committee for review. |
