My Profile is as follows, GRE 1260 (Quant 690 & V 570 AWA : 2.5).BE (Ind & Prod) with Post Graduate diploma in Thermal. Graduation - 74% (Topper Aggr. 77% & Undergrad from Five Star University by NAAC) Post grad diploma - 77.5% With 5 yrs of experience in Power sector. What are my chances for MS/Phd in the following universities Course : MS in Mech. engg / Energy Systems 1. Illinois Inst. of Technology. 2. University of Florida. 3. Florida State University 4.Lehigh University (PA) 5. Northwestern University (IL) 6. Arizona State University 7. North Carolina State University 8. University of Colorado - Boulder 9.University of mIssouri - Rolla 10.Kansas State University 11.University of California--Santa Barbara 12.Penn State Univ. (Petroleum and Mineral Engg./ Energy & Geo-environ. Engg). 13.Ohio State University- Columbus, OH 14.North Carolina State University 15.University of Washington Seattle, WA Course : Phd in Mechanical or Energy systems Research Area : Methods to reduce the Emissions from coal fired & gas fired (Gas turbine) power plants. 1. Michingan Engineering (in Energy systems) - UMich- Ann Arbor 2. Penn State Univ. ( Energy & Geo-environ. Engg) 3. Vanderbilt University 4. University of Delaware 5. Hi,
I have over 5 yrs of work ex in IT industry mostly in telecom software. Btech from IIT( Indian Institute of Technology) with CGPA 6.4 I am planning to go for MS or PHD in networking. I will be writing my GRE in Aug and targetting score of 1300 with current preparation. What all universities in Top20 (as per US news) i stand a good chance of getting scholorship? |
