Hello everyone,
Firstly, I have long been a silent observer and seriously think that this is an awesome site!
I am currently interning in DC at the Smithsonian's finance division. I have a 3.2 GPA I want to do a MA/Ph.D in Economics and of course I want full aid. GRE Q770,V600, A4.5. I regret not taking as many math classes in college and not doing well on the ones I took. I have calc I, Matrix algebra, statistics, econometrics and intermediate macro and macro, all with a B-average. What should I do to compensate for a low GPA. Do you think taking 2 or 3 advanced math classes this summer and getting all A's would improve my chances? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Please suggest a few universities where full aid may be possible for my profile. Waiting to hear back ASAP from anyone..
Thank you all and good luck on school search!
