Please help me in selecting university.

Please evaluate my profile and suggest me some universities where I should apply:
Targeting Fall 2009.
GRE Score 1270 (Quant 770, Verbal 500).
B.Tech Computer Science from M.M.E.C. (Kurukshetra University), 75.4%(Topper - 80%).
12th - CBSE - 81.4%
10th - CBSE - 83.4% with merit certificate and scholarship in Mathematics (scored 99/100). Amongst top .1% of students with highest marks in Mathematics.
Toefl - Yet to give
Work Exp. - 4 years of experience in Software Development by Fall 2009. (currently working in Amdocs Software Systems).
Got certificates from employer for outstanding work.
Will get good Recommendation letter from professor and manager.

Please help me in finalising amongst these universities (for MIS) where should I apply according to my profile: (Safe/Moderate/Risky)

3,6 & 7 should be relatively easy to get in. If I were you, I would throw in a few top places (Top 10) cause you never know !
