CalmLogic 's dreams are becoming reality.
Generally, I think it's a bad idea because it takes a long time to study just for 1 subject test. And, in some places, e.g. India and China, the exam is offered only once a year, in which case it would take 2 years to take 2 subject tests.

the idea was to demonstrate knowledge in more the one filed because you may not be sure of scoring high in on subject test, i still have time, two years .. so i was wandering if average score 60% or so, will help with above average score in mathematics.

Your best bet would be talking to a graduate admissions advisor at some of the departments you are interested in applying to since they may be far more interested in one subject area than another.
