MS Chemical Engg - Destination Bay Area

Hi Folks,

My ultimate goal is to land up in a job in the San Francisco Bay area after MS.

I have a Btech in Chemical from Andhra University with 2
years of experience in MRPL. Its entirely in petroleum/refining.

However, i understand that BayArea is a home for
biotech/semiconductor/nano instead of refining.

Hence, i would know what MS specialization should i opt for
to ultimately land in the bay area.

what univ offer such specialization.

Iam applying for Spring-2009. Im taking GRE and TOEFL in
july.
