I'm confused with B and E. Which one is better?

Resplendent - result good appearance.
So I think its 'E'.

What about B? elaborate-result good oration. And I think performance and oration are both activities, while appearance is not an activity.

Something that is elaborate is not necessarily good, indeed it may be over-complicated.
