Here's my take on the two:

    ILLEGIBILTY : READING
    impermeability : distillation
    enumeration : ordering
    indelibility : erasure
    reactiveness : stimulation
    reflectivity : visibility (A makes B tougher)

    Agree with Dinesh here

    FAULT : PERFECTION
    stars : cosmos
    spouse : annulment
    matter : vaccum
    candidate : vacancy
    votes : election ( B implies a complete absence of A)

IMO the antonym of annulment would be something like validation and spouse (a partner by marriage) doesn't have any antonyms.
Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are good is like expecting the bull not to charge because you are a vegetarian.

Without looking at the others answers, here are my choices:

    ILLEGIBILTY : READING
    impermeability : distillation
    enumeration : ordering
    indelibility : erasure
    reactiveness : stimulation
    reflectivity : visibility

My analogy sentence: Something that shows illegibility is difficult to read
Something that shows indelibility is difficult to erase

    FAULT : PERFECTION
    stars : cosmos
    spouce : annulment
    matter : vaccum
    candidate : vacancy
    votes : election

Analogy sentence: Something that contains faults is not perfect
Something that contains matter is not vaccum (or empty)

The 2nd word isn't the exact word, but I sometimes shorten the word in the analogies I make to make it fit in the sentence. It shouldn't mess up main point in the bridge though. Beefing up my vocab really helped on the first one, if I do get it right in the end.
