indelible is something unforgettable/unerasable..to forget is it's antonym. Similarly, incorrigible means something which cannot be corrected/ improved upon, hence does not agree to being corrected. Hence D. This choice comes somewhat near compared to other choices.
Astounding is something bewildering/dumbfounding & expect is anticipating something. I dont see any connecting bridge of opposites in this.
Hence, would still support D.

INDELIBLE-something that cant be erased or forgotten
so the bridge would be
we cant forget something characteristed as indelible
along the same lines, we cant expect something characterised as astounding(because by its defntn, its bewildering and it is going to take u by surprise)
but d cant work cuz
then it would have to be
we cant agree on something charactrised as incorrigible but thats not true,
its only the person who is characterised as incorrigible who wont agree

something/somebody incorrigible is not easily controlled/managed/corrected - agree doesn't fit in.
