(A) Slippery: adhere
(B) coarse : polish
(C) sharp :hone
(D) shallow: overflow
(E) savory: taste

the OA is A , i thought it should be B...please post explanations if you differ with me..

(B) smother: choked
(C) spy: investigated
(D) goad: provoked
