i think there is wrong in option 3.. its ode : poet n not poem.. may be i'm wrong.. but poem doesnt make sense...

Agreed, but I think there are two typos in the OP.

In 1b surprise -> surprised.

In 2c poem -> poet.

I think not. Dose and sentence both have the meaning of a prescribed amount. Tempo has nothing to do with any amount, but refers to speed of beat.
