I'm not sure 100% but I also think the answer is (C):
Ascetic is a person whose principles and beliefs does not allow him to indulge himself with any pleasant things, esp. those which can inflict the idea of the asceticism.
On the other hand, libertine is a person is a person who leads an immoral life and who is not used to restrain himself, esp. because this will contradict to the idea of the liberty.
So, the relationship is like this: (Some behavioral action) - (The way of life that does not permit such an action) .
    What is the answer?
    Regards, Svetlana

    Hey crackit,
But don't you think that mutineer as well does not adapt? I just feel that this "does not" bridge is kind of weak...

The defining characteristic of a Y is that he does not X himself.

That's a pretty strong bridge, because it works perfectly for both sets. There's no connection between mutineer and adapting that I can see.
