doubt

what is the opposite of - 'starting slowly'?
Is it to
1. start fast
2. end slowly
3. end fast

??

I don't know what logic to apply- I think starting fast?
Has anyone any experience from past questions regarding this?

Makumajon is on the way!
IMO:
(1) End fast: best
(2) start fast: better
(3) end slowly: good

What was the original word? It wasn't "start slowly" was it?

Start Slowly - Slowly describes how an action was done. I think an adjective that describes the same action in opposite way, would be the opposite of the phrase - i.e., start fast. What say?

I think the opposite of Start Slowly should be Starting quickly

Take for example, Dilatory: Prompt. One delaying to take action (dilatory) and one quick and ready to act (prompt.) Therefore, i dont think ending slowly is a suitable antonym for starting quickly

I don't really understand where you were going there, but I agree about the antonym you chose: start quickly. I think the key here is looking for an antonym that describes how one starts. One can either start slowly or quickly.
In other words, we're paying attention to the modifier of "Start" and finding an antonym for that rather than looking for an antonym for both the object and its modifier (two questions rather than one).

The opposite of this word depends on the context (in case of analogies) when all the above are available in the options. But if all three choices are available in the options then it would be start fast is correct one according to me. Because slowly is qualifying start in start slowly and fast qualifies start in start fast
