That makes no sense... antediluvian and contemporary are antonyms... spartan and gustatory have a weak bridge imo... gustatory merely pertains to gustation... could someone explain this...

Hmmm....Antediluvian and Contemporary are obiviously antonyms, temporally. Could it be Spartan:Gustatory. To be Spartan is to be "austere;" gustatory pertaining to "taste" in fashion?

yup u r right..It should be A..

c, d and e are sort of synonyms..

Neanderthal (boorish) : Troglodyte (hermit) .. seem to be unrelated.. so A seems to be a wise choice..

Spartan is being austere without having affected by senses like taste but gustatory is related to taste.

Yes there is no proper bridge to prove that A is the answer but the other choices are definitely not the answers
