I feel the answer is B rigidity
symmetry means being equal or regular
rigidity means not flexible just staright
    ineptitude is inability to do
    nonchalance is casualness
e is not related i feel
Hence out of present options I feel B is the answer

Bent means "Determined to take a course of action"
We can see this from the sentence - I was hell bent on doing that job.

So if bent means resolution, then antonym should be something that shows carelessness of indifference .

The word that goes with it is nonchalance

I feel d is the right answer

    Bent is Adj
    Rigidity - noun (ruled out)
I just wanted to highlight the fact the form of the word is also important, when one cannot find a direct antonym.
