Governments should offer a free university education to any student who has been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition.

"Human mind can cultivate money, but vice-versa is not possible."

The famous nobel prized mathematician C V Raman was granted funded scholarship in Cambridge University in England. Due to this benevolent attitude of university, he gave such an significant contribution to the Economics society. Although he won university scholarship, government should also promote funding of student, not all of them win scholarship.

Anybody can be a victim of financial adversity. A student should not be deprived from education because he is insolvent. Great minds are build and ideas are engendared when grilled. Considering the above example, C V Raman understood the levity of his situation consequently channelizing his attention.

A free mind has capability of achieving pinnacle of imagination and creativity. Student should not be bothered with fincancial diffuclties. They need an undivided attention on their studies. Student these days involve themselves in part time job and other various activity in order to earn money. If say, a student spend 8 hours in college, 3 hours in studies and assignment 1 hours for recreation,1 hour in travelling and 8 hours of sleep then he is left with three hours with part time job. Working under strict time constrains, after few days, one is enuuied with this redundant time schedule. It is therefore impossible for one to dedicate extra time to study. In order to motogate this, government need to help student financially.

Although, there are chances that a student performance may degrade even after financially aiding him, it should not be a factor for a critics to belie the financial funding of government. It is difficult for student to perform under domestic adversity. Student do care about there parent and this could divide their attention. Mentors in university are assigned to each student, to help them fight this morbid situation. Such student develop a benevolent attitude and they in turn help others to fight abysmal situation. This is a chain which could lead a nation fight poverty and provide education to student of all categoty, irrespective of their financial status.

Therefore, considering above example we get a vivd picture that aiding insolvent student, will not only unearth brilliant mind but also encourage student to take interest in any art they want to pursue. There might be several criticism to this belief but one should intuitively and intellectually mull over it to reach consensus.
