Both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. Education is too important to leave solely to a group of professional educators.

 

At the issue the speaker asserts that education is too important to leave solely to a group of professional educators, both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. Undoubtedly, it is arbitrary to claim that education only by professional educator without the participation of parents and communities makes an efficient effort to the development of children. When it comes to my opinion, I contend that the ultimate intent of education is to make a person obtain the spirit of criticism and skepticism and to enable a person to be independent, creative and useful. Parents, professional educators and communities respectively play different roles in the disparate stage of the growth of children and they are replaced by the latter one gradually.

If we cast a look back one's childhood, we may easily find out that how the parents who spend almost their whole leisure on accompaning children make a crucial impact on the child's initial education. They, as a enlightening teacher, play a model action for their children on the thing including how to walk, pronounce and the common sense such as protect the little animal and vegetation that are beneficial for our environment. Little guys also learn from their parent's knowledge regarding to courtesy that made them seem to be little adult.

It is necessary for parents to send their children at the age of 5 to elementary school or kindergarten, at this stage for a child, he/she will acquire the basic knowledge. In order to train the children's ability of cooperation and communication, teachers frequently organize them together to play a game or meet a little challenge. But the parents remain keep a more important role in shaping the children’s behavior. Only the parents' intention of education in accordance with that of teachers, the impact of two sides will be positive for the children.

With unremitting inculcation of teachers and continuous effort made by their own, children's knowledge accumulate increasingly. They have formed their own philosophy, values and world view. When they become college students, leaving far away from their parents, in order to gain the sophisticated knowledge they resort to the professors who have profound insight on their research fields and abundant life experience. During this period, the adolescents rely to the larger extent on the professional educators.

When adolescents become more mature ,they might contemplate alone rather than simply listen to other’s superficial words or change easily by other’s thoughts. they will apply their intelligence to the communities so that they can carry out their value. Thus, the direction of development of the society influences them mainly. Both the parents and professional educators only offer a subsidiary suggestion which seems conspicuous when they decide a critical matter.

To make a comprehensive consideration, we must not ignore the role of any aspect including parents, communities and professional educators. What we should do is to follow the pattern and become an independent, creative and glamorous person.
