I have seen one question about computing the equilibrium constant after combining two reactions (you know, just multiply the two constants). Be sure you know when multiplying numbers involving indices, you add the indices (e.g. 10x * 10y = 10x+y). Also there is one question about reading the lineweaver-burk plot. Make sure you know that -1/Km = x-intercept and 1/Vmax = y-intercept and know that 1/10-x = 10x
