there is a problem that i dont know how to solve on GRE biochemistry cell molecular biology practice book.

problem 164.
I dont know this problem. Can somebody explain to me?
How do you know plasmid 1 and plasmid 3 may overlap? Why plasmid 2 and plasmid 5 may overlap?

I can't find your problem from the practice book on the GRE website. Which book are you using? Maybe you should just post the complete question out?
