Altough it's mentioned in the syllabus of the GRE CS I haven't seen any DB questions on the preparation exams.
So has anyone ever seen a Database question?
Do you guys prepare DB stuff?

Since it's on the syllabus, there certainly can be a question about it.
Regarding preparation, it may not be worth the time to significantly review database theory, as briefly exemplified in the Titanium Bits study guide, as there are certainly many other topics that the exam covers.
