I agree. And the author, who was accepted to CMU, was previously a very active poster in this forum. (He had two usernames since he lost his password at one point: nonevent and nonevent99.)

It covers all the material

Of course, no study guide can cover all of the possible topics, and Titanium Bits includes some stuff that isn't directly relevant to the syllabus like linear algebra. (The old GRECS syllabus included linear algebra.)
