How does one get the score via phone?

Hey there,

I'm an absolute newbie to both this site and the whole realm of the GRE Lit test, and for starters, I would love to know how to recieve my scores on a much quicker basis by phone. Do you call ETS, the school at which you took the test, etc.? How early can you call? How do you "add" this feature/ability to your test? Many thanks!
