10 identical dollar bills are to be distributed between 3 people - A, B and C. Each person gets at least 1 dollar bill.

Col A:
The number of ways to distribute the bills with at least one person having 4 bills

Col B:
The number of ways to distribute the bills with exactly 1 person having 5 dollar bills.

without doing the calculation it seems A is bigger....
since A, B, or C can have 4,5,6,7,8 bills

in B A,B,or C can have 5 only
