Let's re-write the question:
N = 7*19*19*19 = 48013
In fact, there is no need to know N. Just by the multiplicative representation you can deduct the factors of N:
1,7,19,7*19,7*19*19, 7*19*19*19, 19*19, 19*19*19.
A total of 8 factors of N.

Yes Sueka the OA is 1. after AC corrected the values only -33 holds true for our condition.
