Advice please-Power Prep graph

I can't seem to understand this graph, please if anyone can guide me how to read this? This is very confusing. i'm panicking, i hope i don't get something like that in my test on Thursday

Is the answer D ?

I think combined aged means the sum ages of all the people in a particular group. I just realized it after I've googled it. So 60 year old female x 1.2 yields the maximum value. Am I right?

ohhh didnt read it right ... lol its so easy if ure gettin the point .... to karito!
it is d because the combined age is the sum of all ages in this group .. so we are in the 60 years old females group and we`re cuntin appr. 1.2 million .. so our combined age is app. 72 million ... and if u see thats the biggest c-age !!!

To copy and paste: I used shift+print screen keys and then paste on paint and copy and paste from there to word. Let me know if you have any other questions!!
