100x < y
1000x < 2y

col A : 1100x
col B : y

Is the answer D?

1) Divide by 100 both sides , x < (y/100)
2) Plug values, (x= 1/1000), y=1. Satisifies both inequalities.

col A= 1.1
col B=1

3) Plug x=0, y=1, satisifies both the equations,

col A=0
Col B =1
