    i think u got that question wrong in exam

    at first I also thought that if x and y intercept r equal then slope must be -1

    but u can see from the figure I posted, a line passing through origin is an exception

    what do u say

    Yes they will have different slopes. This is because we define slope as;
    m=(Rise in Y)/(Rise in X)
    Here both the numerator and denominator will have different values for different lines. Thus, you will get different slopes!

    Hey guys, does anyone have a clue as to which post xeley was referring to when he said the following



    "the math was ok.. not really simple.. but I actually saw the problems exactly being discussed at the forum.. like the one with the circle tangential to the axes and where it is required to find a slope"
