    Plz, Solve Maths problem

    1)In a grp 60% likes classical music .40% don’t like classical music. 18% like both classical and jazz.
    colA:: % of people who likes classical music also likes jazz music
    colB:: 30%

    2)other qu is based on set theory 200 total person 78% are not included in it
    10 % is a 15% is b find values which are included in a & b

    3)a man is known to speak truth 3 outof 4 times. he thorws a die and reports it as 6. the probability that it is exactly 6 is
    a)3/4 b)5/8 c)2/5 d)3/5 e)4/5

    4) que is to find out the range of following table.
    CLASS | frequency
    15-25 | 05
    25-35 | 12
    35-45 | 45
    45-55 | 18

    5)given some sides of a triangle as 10,8.1,6.1 and asked to find the angle b/n 8.1 and 6.1 ?
    col a col b
    x 90

    6)Measurement Frequency
    10 4
    20 x
    30 y
    40 10
    total 24
    soln:

    Find average arithmatic mean of 24 measurement
    options:
    20
    25
    30
    35
    50

    7)xy!=0 (factorial) x/y=y/x x!=y

    col col B

    Indeed u should right it in better way so that everybody can understand them. anyways...

    Well i am not in touch with Range,Frequencies and stuff..

    1) I doubt if the answer is 'C'...coz then it would be very straight forward..!!

    So then 60 like classical music.
    18 like both classical and jazz.
    % of people who likes classical music also likes jazz music will be
    (18/60)*100 = 30 %

    both coloumn r equal

    2)

    Well i dint understood the question...but i m tryin to decipher it... i guess the question means...

    Out of 200 Total Person, 78% are excluded and there are two sets of 10% as 'a' and 15% as 'b' and we are suppose to find the intersection between a a and b...well even this seems to be very simple...but what can i say...didnt understood the question.....

    so it can be....78 + 10 + 15 - x = 100

    so x = 3 and interesection is 3%

    and so 3% of 200 is 6.... so answer that i feel is 6... I guess im wrong but what the heck...

    3) 3/4

    4) No Idea

    5) 'B'

    X<90 degrees...

    (8.1^2) + (6.1^2) > (10.1^2)... so angle will be less than 90..

    6) I feel the question is incompelte as no relation is given between x and y

    7) Well just by observin one condition x!=y i.e y cannot be zero or negative..!! so col A has to be bigger..!!

    So i would think its 'A'

    Can someone posts Official Answer or atleast Readable Questions..!!

    10 4
    20 x
    30 y
    40 10
    total 24
    soln:

    options:
    20

    35
    50

    7)xy!=0 (factorial) x/y=y/x x!=y

    col col B
    x+y 0
    2.78% not included => 22% included =>44 included

    44 = 20 + 30 - y

    y = 6 =12%

    3. none of the given options is correct, the answer is = 3/8

    4. range should be 55-15 = 40

    5. x^2 + y^2 > z^2
    i think it should be A, well even im not sure....

    6. answer should be = 30

    7. x! = y =a positive no.

    xy! = 0 => x = zero

    x/y = y/x

    => (x-y)*(x+y) = 0

    x-y is not 0

    so x+y = 0

    answer = C [if i m not wrong...]

    @rocky :- Would you care to explain your answers..!! Ideally it should be that way i guess....!!

    btw
    7. x! = y =a positive no.
    xy! = 0 => x = zero
    x/y = y/x
    => (x-y)*(x+y) = 0
    x-y is not 0
    so x+y = 0
    answer = C [if i m not wrong...]
    wen x!=y and x = 0 (as it was proved)...
    shouldnt y = 1 (since 0! = 1)

    then if we calculated x + y it gives 0 + 1 = 1...
    That way i got it 'A'... Just Curious..!!

    Regarding

    5)given some sides of a triangle as 10,8.1,6.1 and asked to find the angle b/n 8.1 and 6.1 ?
    col a col b
    x 90
    i still think its 'B'

    ...Can anyone post Official Answer.....

    how did u get 3/8 for

    3)a man is known to speak truth 3 outof 4 times. he thorws a die and reports it as 6. the probability that it is exactly 6 is
    a)3/4 b)5/8 c)2/5 d)3/5 e)4/5
    I forgot lotsa main concepts... Damn need to revise everything

    how did u get 3/8 for

    I forgot lotsa main concepts... Damn need to revise everything
    seee 7th question is not clear...

    either x -y = 0 or x +y = 0

    so wt it can be?...question is still not clear and the author is sleeping....
    so lets leave that...

    regarding 5th question, even im not sure...so leave that too

    3. see how cum u say its 3/4?

    man reports 6 on two occasions

    1. its actually a six
    2. its not a six

    when its six, p = 1/6 and he reports it six =3/4 so p1= 3/24

    secondly, when its not six p =5/6, and he lies = 1/4, so p2= 5/24

    now p = p1/(p1+p2) = 3/8
