Data Interpretation Question from the Big Book

This is with reference to Test 16 Section 2 Ques No.24.Can anybody plz expain how the answer is Option B.Its really urgent!!!

i'm afraid it is urgent but i cannot post the question .it is a data interpretation one and it has a complex chart.but i have mentioned the test no. as well as the ques no.that shud help

i don't have the quants section of bigbook. so, maybe u can make the chart in paintbrush or powerpoint and upload it. or better still, just pass on the salient data and the question.

Number of females employed for service/maint = 17.4% of 17.9% of 441500
Subtract to get answer B.
