Questions regarding Historic names

I am using Kaplans book as my study guide and have heard only good things. I am memorizing EVERYTHING in between the covers as well. Two questions especially to those who have taken the Psych GRE

1) Think the Kaplan book is enough?

2) Seriously, how many of these psychologists names do I need to learn? Asch, Milgram Zimbardo .... those are big names and of course I should be familiar with them. But there are hundreds of names in the Kaplan book in bold face print and I wonder if I should really learn them all or if I am wasting my time. The theories themselves I know to a T of course.

Thanks
