for third one, previous post says 'C' as correct that I do not agree.
Had the person been "rigid" he would not have agreed to negotiate early.

Choice 'D' qualifies but 'A' is seeming appropriate.

Any views on this??

I think for 7th "uncertainity" makes more sense .. as described by the second part of the sentence !!
