My answers are in bold. The last one is a bit confusing. Maybe a case where you have to know 2nd or 3rd meanings of a word.

Regarding the last one ,I suspect its supposed to be Nutrients,Artifacts are remnants of a age gone past

Can you explain this one :

Why cant it be 2 ,the eyewitness were not able to deny the extraordinary cleverness of the commander ?
2 could be correct.
