How can I get the so-called "Practicec Book"?

Excuse me, What is this "Practice Book"? Could you please give me a link to download?

when you sign up to attempt the exam, ETS will mail you an examination booklet which contains one practice exam that is reflective of expected questions on the test.

I have signed up for the test not thorugh the Internet but just filling the forms in some Institute. they did not give me the booklet. Could you please e-mail it to me if you have the file? I have the exam on March 4th (about a week remaining)

and one another question :
Is there any good sample tests to work on? (I want to know which topics I must review for the test -a little more than what mentioned in the official website. Anything more than General Maths I,II is needed?! )
