Question about the re-scaled test scores

Hi everybody
I was confused about the scoring systems in re-scaled test. The total score is from 990 or 890? In ETS bulttin the socres for the sample test are given out of 890, but in Princeton Review it is writen that the score is out of 990. Is there everyone that knows which one is correct? What is the difference between the rescaled test and the old one?

Thanks
Assieh
