I'll assume you still have the correction stub (the bottom half of the admission ticket you'll need on test day). If you don't have it, then call ETS. This is on the back side of the correction stub:

Glad things worked out with the score reporting! I think you'll be able to get in with the registration # and id, don't worry. Bizarrely, I needed the admission ticket for the subject test, but not the general test, for which i never received a single thing in the mail. (If you're taking the subject test, this is not intended to worry you, I'm just saying that the policies seem to differ from place to place and time to time.) I suggest that you call up the testing center where you'll be going to confirm what they need you to bring. Explain that you haven't received an admission ticket and ask what they'll need you to do. I would also call ets again (apparently e-mailing isn't gonna work for you) and see if they can't fax or e-mail you a backup admission ticket in case yours doesn't arrive in the mail on time.
When I took my subject test, someone showed up without an admission ticket (they had not received it). The test administrators admitted him anyway, and used the roster to figure out his registration number so that he could fill out his answer sheet. So it's not a huge deal. I know it's scary to think about not getting into the test that you need for grad school admissions, or getting rooked out of your $100+ registration fee. But it's probably gonna work out, so stay cool and focus on the studying ![]() |
