please help to plan for GRE prep

Hello there,
I have started preparing for GRE 1 month ago.I want to give the exam in Nov.Can anybody tell me how to plan and study so that I can get atleast 1300 score.(I am an above average student when I was studying)I just need some motivation. Is there anyone among you who prepared for 3 months and gave the exam and got a good score. And how many hours you need to spend each day.I have hardly 10 weeks to go.Your response will be greatly appreciated
Thank you
